The ‘Olympiad Village’ we’ve selected is right in the very heart of Athens. It’s the gorgeous 5* Divani Caravel Hotel. It has superb quiz venue facilities with high speed WiFi, lots of leisure facilities, including a roof-top pool and a gym, beautifully appointed bedrooms and the breakfast is amazing. This hotel has been acknowledged as being Greece’s finest conference venue.
The hotel is set in an area that’s popular with Athenians. Immediately outside the hotel’s main entrance, you will find a number of bars and restaurants. (There’s also 24-hour parking available in a multi-storey car park nearby.)
Athens Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos Airport) – take the Metro (LINE 2) to EVANGELISMOS. This takes approximately 45 minutes and will cost about 4 euros for a ticket that’s valid for 70 minutes. Trains are every 30 minutes.

A taxi from the airport will take approximately 25 minutes and should cost around 38 Euros. You are advised to book a taxi in advance.
