Terms and Conditions

In order to minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission to ticket-holders, staff, volunteers and performers, the following terms and conditions apply in addition to our usual terms and conditions:

  • A high temperature
  • A new, continuous cough
  • a loss or change in your sense of smell or taste

Research indicates that the symptoms of the delta variant can include a headache, sore throat and runny nose. Although these symptoms do not require self-isolation, we ask audiences to be mindful of these symptoms and make informed decisions with regards to attendance at events.

If you are feeling well and able to attend we ask that you follow our guidelines to minimise the risk of Covid transmission, which will be updated regularly in line with government advice.

  • Wear a face covering at all times indoors unless exempt
  • Use hand sanitiser regularly
  • Follow the instructions of our staff and volunteer team

Before attending an Event, guests must familiarise themselves with and comply with the latest rules and guidance issued by the event country’s government regarding COVID19.

By attending an Event , all guests are acknowledging their consent to, and agree to abide by, the safety precautions that have been adopted by that Venue/ country, which may include (but not be limited to) wearing of face coverings and non-invasive COVID19 status certification checks. Failure to comply with any such precautions could result in guests being asked to leave the event. We further reserve the right to refuse entry to any person that refuses to comply with our safety protocols.

The safety measures that are being and have been introduced at Venues are intended to minimise the risk of contracting COVID19 but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. By purchasing a ticket for an event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID19 exists in any public place where people are present, and that you and those in your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID19 and agree not to hold IQA/Quizzing.com, the venue or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.   Anyone attending an event acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.

In line with UK Government guidance, we ask that guests do not attend if they or someone in their party is required to self-isolate or experiencing any COVID19 symptoms. To ensure our guests are able to book with confidence, we have instituted a temporary COVID19 exchange policy which should be read in conjunction with the terms in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If you are unable to attend an event because you are self-isolating or experiencing COVID19 symptoms, you must inform us at least 24 hours prior to the event. In these circumstances, IQA/Quizzing.com will permit You to exchange Your tickets for the same event at a later date.

If the event is unable to be held due to COVID-19 (or Force Majeure) IQA/ Quizzing.com will offer refunds (less any booking and admin fees incurred) or the value of your ticket will be transferred to a later event.
